Tree Series Part II
After completing larger pieces, I wanted to continue capturing more of the interesting trees in 8” x 8”. What often attracted me was the root systems of older trees. I usually could identify the trees except for one.
Longleaf Pine
This tree resides at the Ringling Museum. The trees there are oversized and dramatic.

Old and Knobby Tree
I don't know the name of this tree. Actually, I was so caught up in the tree base, I didn't study the leaves because the base was so interesting.

Palm Tree
This was a picture at sunrise. Just a small palm.
